Elizabeth Petersen practices in a variety of areas within the firm as an Associate Attorney. Her practice primarily focuses on civil litigation in State Court in Colorado, but she is licensed to practice law in California as well. In addition to civil litigation, Ms. Phillips assists in handling matters involving real property issues, real estate transactions, land use, municipal bond financing, and governmental immunity, as well as criminal matters.
Ms. Petersen was born and raised in California, where she attended college and law school. While in law school, she studied international economic law abroad and clerked at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in Washington, D.C. After graduating from law school, Ms. Phillips practiced in southern California as a civil litigator before moving to Colorado and joining the firm in 2021.
